Pentax is a company that specialises in survey equipment. They are based in Japan and aim to deliver equipment that is of the highest quality and standards. Their goal has been to meet the requirements of the surveying industry in a comprehensive manner. They do this by striving for and delivering true performance instead of test numbers. Their original business (Fuji Seisakusho) was founded in 1933 but after many developments and changes they now operate under TI Asahi Co., Ltd. which was founded in 2009.  By keeping true manufacturing and performance at the forefront of their single-minded approach, they have been able to design and create equipment that truly works.
